Title: Random Effects Binary Model with Misclassified Response
Author(s): Leonardo Bastos*+

Keywords: Binary regression ; Random effects model ; Misclassified response ; INLA
Abstract:

In this paper we present random effects binary model when the outcome is measured with uncertainty. We are interested in estimate association measures such as odds ratio taking into account specificity and sensitivity of the outcome and also we want to include a possible heterogeneity presented in the data. The model is implemented using integrated nested Laplace approximation (INLA). A simulation study is provided and the method is applied on Brazilian alcohol and drug abuse data sets.
