Abstract:
|
Enrichment Designs enable the ability to run a trial that may refine the entry criteria to tailor the trial to those that benefit and to increase the likelihood of success. Using Bayesian modeling on the different subgroups can increase the efficiency of an enrichment design, while maintaining type I error, further strengthening the trial design. In this talk we present examples in which Bayesian modeling has been used to increase the trial efficiency.
