Abstract #311852
Title: Augmented Estimator for Censored Linear Regression for Case-Cohort Studies
Author(s): Jon Steingrimsson*+ and Robert Strawderman
Companies: Cornell University and University of Rochester
Keywords: Case Cohort Study ; Censored Linear Regression ; Information Bounds ; Augmented Estimator
Abstract:

The framework for this talk is right censored linear regression for a case cohort design. We compute the semiparametric information bound and use an augmented estimator to improve asymptotic efficiency over the commonly used but inefficient Horvitz-Thompson estimator. The asymptotic properties of the augmented estimator are derived and simulation results shown.
