Abstract:
|
Multilevel structural models are widely used to control the variation among the latent variables due to different levels of hierarchy in a complex structured data. Structural models for quality of life of breast cancer survivors has been developed and discussed by kamal et al. (2013) where the most contributing domains of physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being were highlighted. As, the data in this study was collected from survivors at different stages (I, II, III and IV) of the disease so variation in the developed models due to different stages of the disease may exist. In this study, the variation in the structural models of quality of life of survivors due to different stage of the disease has been modeled through multilevel structural equation models technique. In addition, comparison between structural models and multilevel structural models also has been discussed.
