Abstract:

Adaptive strategy in clinical trials can improve the efficiency of the medicinal product development. Its application in survival analysis is in general more complex than others. This talk will review some recent representative development in this area. Simulations were performed to evaluate the different approaches. Some comments are to be provided regarding the choice of adaptive strategies in this setting.
