Abstract:

The Director, Operational Test and Evaluation sets testing protocols for both first article tests (FAT) and lot acceptance tests of personal protective equipment. This presentaiton compares a variety of sequential test algorithm's feasibility as a standard process for incorporation into top-level body armor test protocols for the Department of Defense.
