Nate Silver, a celebrated statistician and founder of the award-winning FiveThirtyEight.com political website, will deliver the 2013 ASA President's Invited Address. Attendees will hear about statistical analysis, forecasting models, data-based predictions, and Silver's book on the role of probability and uncertainty in prediction. There will also be a Q&A session.
