Abstract:

Matched case-control studies are increasingly used in high throughput studies, including fMRI and genomic studies. In this talk, I will present a Bayesian variable selection method we have proposed, which incorporates biological information, such as spatial structure in brain images or biological relationships in genomic data, in the analysis of matched case-control studies.
