The presentation will first give an overview on the use of group sequential design for Phase II clinical Trials and statistical considerations with interim analysis. A case study will then be presented to describe how to determine the analysis endpoint, the decision rules and the operating characteristics for futility analysis, with other practical considerations of the study design.
