Abstract:
|
When multiple endpoints or populations are of interest in a clinical trial, multiplicity adjustments are needed to ensure strong control of family wise type 1 error (FWER). We propose an efficient method that incorporates the 'fallback' feature and also takes into account the correlation among the endpoints. Simulation results will be presented to benchmark the proposed method with other available methods. Examples will also be given to illustrate its applications.
