Abstract:
|
This paper discusses major methodological changes to the American Community Survey, both current and emerging. This includes the implementation of the Internet as a new data collection mode, the integration of new ACS content, and the ACS role in developing and implementing adaptive design methods. It discusses the challenges associated with both these transformative and far-reaching methodological changes. It also provides an overview of changes to ACS content, including an examination of the new survey content.
