In this roundtable discussion, we are going to discuss the role of a biostatistician in statistical consulting. How to become a better biostatistical consultant who understand the stakeholder's need? How to improve the communication between biostatisticians and clinicians, pharmacologists, microbiologists, chemists, etc. What needs to be done to improve our consulting skills as a biostatistician, and what will be the biggest hurdles to overcome?
