Abstract

There is an international movement towards Accreditation of Professional Statisticians with programs associated with the Royal Statistical Society, Statistical Society of Australia Inc., Statistical Society of Canada, American Statistical Association, and a new program in Japan. Regular international teleconferences are examining methods of cooperation and enrichment with sharing resources to strengthen programs.
