Abstract:
|
We propose several strategies for finding most perturbed networks in ecological communities. Given an established skeleton network, we want to find the perturbation hot spots under changes in environmental or clinical variables. We propose a combination of greedy and Monte Carlo strategies to find the distribution of several relevant test statistics and apply these to human microbial data.
