Abstract:

Panelists will discuss four topics relevant to transitioning student-professionals and early-career statisticians: communicating effectively, continuing one's education, finding a good job, and achieving work-life balance. Students and early-career professionals will learn what employers expect, and they will learn how ASA membership can help them reach their goals in these four important areas of their professional development.
