Abstract:
|
The joint linkage and linkage disequilibrium for family data are studied in this paper. The algorithm for the estimates of the parameters is given here. We show that convergence of the algorithm has some nice properties. Simulation shows the estimates are quite accurate. As an example we also analyze a set of real data.
