Abstract:
|
The cycleR package in R provides a range of new data classes and functions to support creating and manipulating permutations and their cycle decompositions. Supported functionality includes constructor functions, cycle decomposition functions, and the Fisher-Yates Shuffle. It is capable of producing directed graph visualizations of a permutation's cycles even when the number of vertices is very large.
