Abstract:
|
One reason that methods for model-robust designs are not widely used is that every problem is different, so that designs need to be robust to many different models in different applications. The Q_b criterion allows many different models to be considered and, by using a simple approximation to A-efficiency, is computationally very easy to calculate. I will argue that the future for model-robust design lies in such simple criteria.
