Abstract:
|
This session will focus on subgroup approaches designed to evaluate treatment-effect heterogeneity, which may ultimately translate to tailored therapies for improved patient care. We will discuss the most recent developments in subgroup methodology, including the use of baseline risk scores in Subpopulation Treatment Effect Pattern Plots (STEPP), Multivariable Fractional Polynomial Interaction Approach (MFPI) as well as two-stage approaches.
