Abstract:
|
Adaptive designs have been all the rage and have a great deal of potential to save resources, save time, increase power, and treat patients better. But when are adaptive designs valuable and what are the degree of efficiencies gained? In this talk we present the situations in which adaptive designs create efficiencies and what are the magnitude of these efficiencies.
