Abstract:

This research considers estimating regression models with covariates missing in nonmonotone patterns. It proposes a method to joint estimate the regression parameters and the missing data probabilities. The method can deal with arbitrary missing data patterns as long as the missing data probabilities can be estimated consistently based on observed data. A read data example from a clinical trial on breast cancer is used to illustrate the method.
