Abstract:

The roundtable is for statisticians to discuss ideas, methods, and software for analyzing 'omics data. Bayesian models will be the focus of the discussion although discussion will not be limited to Bayesian approaches. Recent works such as methods for next-generation sequencing data are encouraged. Another important area for Bayesian modeling in omics research is integration of diverse types of data. Ideas on data integration will also be encouraged for discussion.
