This session considers the impact of the profession on our increasingly data-dependent society though various forms of visual exploration and analytics. Panelists will explore facets of the evolution of graphical statistics -- past, present, and future -- including both technological innovation and philosophical nuances of statistical graphics and visual analytics in the practice of statistics.
