Abstract:
|
In this talk we discuss statistical methods for using brain imaging data to predict developmental disorders. We will overview different forms of brain connectivity and potential modalities for measurement of brain structure and function. We propose methods for analyzing functional connectivity and its use in prediction models. The resulting models will be used to predict attention deficit hyperactive disorder.
