Title: Methods for Bayesian Model Selection in Longitudinal Models
Author(s): Sanjib Basu*+

Keywords: Bayes factor ; cross validation ; marginal likelihood
Abstract:

Model selection is critical in any model building process. Bayesian model selection include criteria based on model fit such as Bayes factor, predictive criteria, penalized criteria and methods based on cross-validation. In this talk, we discuss flexible computational methods for some of these criteria and compare their performances in simulated and real examples.
