Abstract:

No two careers are identical, but some are more different than others. In this round table we will discuss some of the differences in the work environments between pharma-large and small, biotech, devices, CROs, and academia as you consider starting or redirecting your career. The discussant, who has worked in 5 very different environments in her career, will also share some features of various opportunities that often influence job satisfaction.
