Abstract:
|
The area under the concentration versus time curve (AUC) is one of important parameters in pharmacokinetics. Bailer's method is widely used for testing and estimating AUC in sparse sampling. We proposed an ANOVA based method, which extended Bailer's method in analyzing AUC. Our method is more flexible and generally more powerful than Bailer's method with support of simulation results.
