Abstract:

An integrated online data analysis platform for longitudinal data analysis, Longit Informatics Center, is presented. The environment allows data analysts to apply advanced methods to analyze longitudinal data with complete or non-ignorable missing outcomes. Longit is also an environment for users to share resources online, e.g. publishing data, analyses, graphics and methods. Users may run data analysis and learn case studies from others. The modeling methods include mixed models and smoothing methods for heterogeneous data and dropout data. In the analysis, methods for sensitivity analysis are developed. These methods are integrated with dynamic graphical methods to study the departure from the modeling assumption such as missing not at random.
