Abstract:
|
In our work we develop a procedure for testing equality of two spectral densities. Features of the test statistic depend on the asymptotic behavior of periodograms, and we theoretically examine the size and power of the test. We evaluate the performance of our test statistic via simulations. Then we apply our method to test equality of several independent components obtained from two groups of fMRI images.
