Abstract:

A survey is conducted in order to determine the demographic structure and job satisfaction of disabled people in working environment. The population is defined as disabled people who are working for the companies which are obliged to employ disabled people in Eskisehir, Turkey. It is thought that almost 1,000 disabled employees are working in private and public sector. 421 of those are reached and asked to complete a questionnaire. In this paper the demographic structure of disabled employees is given. Besides, logistic regression models are constructed; binary logistic regression model in order to find out whether or not they are meeting any handicaps at their working lives, ordinal logistic regression model for job satisfaction of disabled employees with their works and nominal logistic regression model for the task types of disabled people at work. The models are given and interpreted
