Abstract:

Response-adaptive randomization procedures have numerous merits in terms of ethics and optimization. However, it is unclear how to use response-adaptive randomization procedure for survival responses when covariate information is available. In this talk, we proposed a framework for covariate-adjusted response-adaptive randomization design combined with Cox proportional hazards model. The asymptotic properties of this design were also obtained. In addition, we analyzed a specific allocation scheme from this framework. Some numerical studies were performed and analyzed.
