Abstract:

Bing is the new Web Search Engine from Microsoft. I will discuss how Bing fits into present and future trends in Web Search. I will then describe some of the Data Mining technologies that drive the distinctive Bing User Interface, in particular the Explore Panel and the Instant Answers.
