Abstract:

Although not offcially requested by the FDA (until last version of the eCTD, ADaM was not mentioned at all), the inclusion of ADaM datasets in a submission is desirable by many reviewers.

A detailed description of how ADaM structures can be used to perform various statistical analysis, with examples of baseline characteristics, adverse events, lab change from baseline, time to event, etc. will be presented.

Short history on how ADaM model has evolved and future expectations will also be shared.
