Abstract:
|
In the wake of globalization in the twenty-first century, organizations and corporations are increasingly competing on a multinational scale. Purchasing goods and services through the Internet has become a trend that is attracting the interest of importers and exporters around the world. Indeed, both American businesses as well as global consumers subscribe to different forms of electronic commercial transactions and shopping, largely because of the advantages and convenience that are globally associated with this dev elopement and its process. Over the years, many importers and other buyers who have purchased goods through the electronic commerce indicate that the process is convenient and time-saving. Recent studies indicate that majority of Americans engage in online shopping as well as conduct research on the quality and brand of products they plan to purchase.
