Abstract:

In this talk, we will discuss statistical and regulatory considerations concerning the design of Alzheimer drug trials. We will share our thoughts on seeking disease modification claims in this area. We will also discuss some possible statistical strategies in handling trials concerning emerging technology, such as the use of molecular and image biomarkers.
