Abstract:

Both spatial linear model and generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) are applied to sequential hypothesis testing to fit pest count data. Different options of sequential hypothesis tests and sampling schemes were compared. In order to implement the sequential test within the proposed GLMM framework, pseudo likelihood (PL) approach is investigated.
