Abstract:

While there is a plethora of information on mentoring programs there is less information on how beneficial they are to adult professionals. This roundtable will begin with a broad review of mentoring programs for professionals and then narrow toward a discussion of specific programs identified by roundtable participants. Bring your experience as a mentor, mentee, or coordinator for a stellar mentoring program and report on the most remarkable aspects of that program. Results will be summarized and shared with the ASA Committee on Accreditation whose proposed model for professional accreditation includes a mentorship component.
