This panel features recent winners of the Mu Sigma Rho Education Award who have been recognized for excellence in statistical education at the institutional, regional or national level. Panelists will share insights gained during a career in statistics education, including thoughts on pedagogy and how students learn, ideas for engaging students in the learning process, strategies for balancing teaching and research, favorite teaching moments, memorable classroom blunders and what was learned from them, and advice on becoming a better teacher.
