Abstract:

The 2009 ASA Data Expo presents a daunting challenge: visualize and analyze twenty years of data on domestic flights in the United States. This poster uses a variety of SAS graphics to graphically summarize these data in a small number of easily readable graphs. An interested citizen or administrator can drill-down into the data in a natural way by interacting with the graphs. In this way, geographical and temporal patterns in the data are revealed.
