Abstract:

Transform data into successful policies, decisions and actions beyond just data reduction, by collaborative and value-creating processes. Collaboratively define stakeholder needs for what problem is/not, solution will/not be, and solution evaluation will/not be. Collaboratively specify data and theory resources by exploring for quality, expanding for usefulness and/or pre-processing for usability. Collaboratively design analysis and software tools with relevant (not convenient) assumptions and appropriate (not favorite) models. Collaboratively build a problem solution by carefully and cost/time-effectively using these designed tools on those specified resources. Collaboratively create stakeholder value from solution with stakeholder insights, decisions, and actions. A software- development version is useful and usable. We know of no comparable collaborative and value-creating processes.
