Abstract:

This paper addresses both theoretical issues in the analysis of extrinsic mean 3D reflection shapes and of mean 3D reflection size-and-shapes, as well as related computational aspects. Applications are in glaucomatous reflection shape change detection and in computation of reflection size-and-shapes of conformations of proteins.
