Abstract:

Modern technological developments are enabling relatively large numbers of measurements to be made on a relatively small number of individuals. The data motivating this study were obtained to investigate interactions between known diabetes marker loci for determining thymic deletion in Non-Obese Diabetes (NOD) mice. Logistic regression analyses were used to investigate the genetic complexity of this trait.
