This is the preliminary program for the 2005 Joint Statistical Meetings in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Currently included in this program is the "technical" program, schedule of invited, topic contributed, regular contributed and poster sessions; Continuing Education courses (August 7-10, 2005); and Committee and Business Meetings. This on-line program will be updated frequently to reflect the most current revisions.

Experience a sampling of what makes the Twin Cities fantastic. During the three-hour tour, the guide will provide commentary on the downtowns of Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas. Minneapolis is filled with exciting attractions, events, restaurants, clubs, shopping, culture, sports, recreation, and entertainment that are unsurpassed in the Midwest. A short stop will be made at Minnehaha Park to see Minnesota's oldest tourist attraction. St. Paul, Minnesota's charming historic capital city, boasts magnificent Art Deco and Victorian reminders of the past nestled next to sleek skyscrapers, giving this city an Old World charm.
