Abstract:

The abstraction of statistical information from administrative records includes nonsampling errors created when transcribing, cleaning, and processing the data. A measurement error model will be used to estimate the nonsampling error generated while transforming administrative information into statistical information. Quality statistics for the SOI Individual Tax Return Study, such as the net difference rate, index of inconsistency, and editor design effect, will be calculated using the Quality Review sample.
