Abstract:

In this paper, we consider the concomitants of generalized order statistics from Farlie-Gumbel-Morgenstern (FGN) family of bivariate distribution. We assume the marginal distributions contains an unknown parameter theta. We study the fisher information of theta in the rth concomitant. We show that some of the known results in the order statistics are special cases of the result of this paper.
