Abstract:

This panel will discuss the practical issues of assessment in the statistics classroom. The panelists are experienced and well-respected teachers of statistics. They will answer questions about their approaches to test creation, grading, and alternative assessment methods, among other topics. Time will be left for floor discussion about general assessment issues in statistics courses.
