Abstract:

This paper will discuss the simulation project designed to evaluate probability proportional to size, stratified, and cut-off sampling techniques from an evolving (dynamic) frame. The simulations were designed to estimate total regional production in the Gulf of Mexico and Texas. The simulation process for each technique will be discussed and the results will be presented.
