Currently included in this program is the "technical" program, schedule of invited, topic contributed, regular contributed and poster sessions; Continuing Education courses (August 7-10, 2005); and Committee and Business Meetings. This on-line program will be updated frequently to reflect the most current revisions.

Abstract - #303565
Title: On Nelson-Aalen's Type Estimation in the Partial Koziol-Green Model
Author(s): Haimeng Zhang*+ and Marepalli Rao
Companies: Concordia College and University of Cincinnati
Address: 901 8th Street South, Moorhead, MN, 56562, United States
Keywords: Koziol-Green Model ; Partially Informative Censoring ; PACL Estimator ; GMLE estimator ; Nelson-Aalen Type Estimator ; Censoring
Abstract:

The Nelson-Aalen's type of estimator (NA) is derived and compared with the partial Abdushukurov-Cheng-Lin (PACL), generalized maximum likelihood (GMLE), and Kaplan-Meier (KM) estimators under the Koziol-Green model with partially informative censoring. A comparison of its small- and large-sample properties based on simulations is investigated. The results show the NA estimator is more efficient than the KM estimator and is asymptotically equivalent with the PACL and GMLE estimators.
