Abstract:

There has been extensive research for controlling Type I error and maximizing power under many scenarios when multiple comparison are involved. Once the decision is made, it is often of interest to determine the credible value of the parameters. This talk will describe and characterize the shape of the confidence region that can be associated with some of the closed testing procedures, and how the marginal confidence interval should be presented.
