Abstract:

Analysis of microarray data, especially in gene selection, is a highly challenging task because of large volume of information and various experimental factors. We propose an approach to select differentially expressed genes for the oligonucleotide array data. The approach applies rank score to normalization, analyzes probe intensities to control for the probe effects, and uses a filter to account for interaction effect.
